Job Description:

The QA Release Coordinator will determine the acceptability of manufactured products for final release by reviewing production and QA documentation to ensure compliance with product specifications. Essential responsibilities include:

  1. Review manufacturing records and QA documents within established lead times to insure compliance with established product specifications.
  2. Complete handwritten and computer generated protocols and certificates of analysis by providing required information.
  3. Prepare batch records to be copied for client review.
  4. Communicate with clients and other departments on observations related to batch record review.
  5. Update logs with status of record review
  6. Complete and calculate PNU equivalents to provide to customers.
  7. Initiate and implement Standard Operating Procedure Revisions as requested.
  8. Participate on project teams.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors of Science degree required.
  • 4 years of experience will be considered in lieu of degree. High School Diploma or equivalent still required.
  • 0-5 year's related experience required.
  • Microsoft Word experience required. Excel desired.
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing and QA requirements for all products required.
  • Physical requirements include prolonged sitting, computer use.


Shift: Day

Compensation:

  • The salary range for this position is $67,725 - $82,214 depending on experience.
