Job Description

The Alaka`ina Foundation Family of Companies (FOCs) has a need for a Facility Maintenance Site Lead to provide facilities management support to our CDC customer located in Spokane, WA.

DESCRIPTION OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the technical management of the local maintenance staff, and overall performance.
  • Manage daily maintenance operations and task prioritization.
  • Coordinate maintenance efforts with staff
  • Manage inventory, documentation, and reporting.
  • Provide leadership, training, and guidance to maintenance staff.
  • Generate and maintain documentation, including work orders, equipment manuals, and maintenance logs.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records of maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve facility issues, including mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of facilities operations related experience is required.

REQUIRED CITIZENSHIP AND CLEARANCE:

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Must be able to pass a federal background check.
