Additionally, this role will be responsible for driving business and referral growth in an assigned territory and assisting the designated IBU achieve their long-term goals and expand into new markets. This position will also supervise a business development representative in the growth and development of their assigned territory.

Position Summary

The Regional Manager-Retail Health is a lead administrative position responsible for the oversight and management of the daily operations for multiple affiliated Retail Health and ancillary service locations that are geographically dispersed in the region. The Regional Manager will need to travel to the various clinics on a regular basis and be available during business hours (including night/weekends). This individual maintains broad ownership of all administrative functions of the clinic locations, including operations, marketing, finance, assisting in managed care/third party contracting when requested, physician compensation and reimbursement information when requested, human resource management, medical and business information systems, ancillary service general knowledge and planning and development. In partnership with the regional Clinical Care Director, this individual maintains the highest quality clinical and service experience for every customer at every site.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees staff by providing direction and promotes a positive team environment through retention and engagement activities, and leads effective organizational change
  • Identifies opportunities for improving efficiency to achieve and exceed objectives, and ensure a remarkable customer experience at each site by following Indigo Service Standards
  • Partners with and supports efforts of Clinical Education and Service Excellence to ensure the highest quality care and experience is delivered at all times at all sites. Supports Area Managers and Clinic Managers in accountability and coaching efforts.
  • Acts as a patient advocate and provides resolution of patient service or experience complaints
  • Reviews monthly management reports and identifies opportunities for improving efficiency to achieve and exceed objectives, identify potential cost reductions/revenue enhancements and ensure a remarkable customer experience at each site by following Indigo Service Standards
  • Oversees assessments and documentation of the biophysical, psychosocial, environmental, self-care, educational and discharge factors to formulate, modify or initiate individualized plans of care appropriate to the developmental status of the patient and service line standards
  • Reinforces practice activities that ensure corporate compliance

Requirements

  • Minimum of a bachelor's degree or four (4) years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum five (5) years of experience in professional or technical role required (urgent care or healthcare field preferred)
  • Minimum three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity
  • Consideration may be given to internal candidates not meeting the minimum qualifications

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $105,539.00 - $151,882.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
