Position Summary

The RN Manager-Clinic & Infusion Services partners with physician and nursing leadership in a multidisciplinary, collaborative environment, to improve quality of care, patient outcomes and ensure exceptional patient experiences for the assigned clinic and infusion departments. You will oversee daily operations, and ensure all nursing, physician, advanced practice provider, and support staff provide ethical, professional service, and adhere to all regulatory standards while meeting all patient outcome and financial goals.

Responsibilities

  • You will utilize critical thinking skills to interpret complex information and guide patient populations and families to health and well-being.
  • You will use the Nursing Process to provide nursing assessment, diagnosis, education and compassionate clinical excellence in the care of patients, while serving as the clinical role model and resource.
  • You will use a broad vision of evidence-based practice and the future of the health care industry, and service oriented professional manner to provide hands-on assistance with clinical duties as needed.
  • You will use your strong pharmaceutical, nursing, and drug therapy knowledge pertaining to infusion services, as well as knowledge of local, state, and federal laws, and/or codes, regulatory requirements to effectively manage department programs and drive performance improvement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in nursing required, or obtained within three years from the initial date of hire
  • Advanced Degree in Nursing (MSN, PhD, DNP, ARNP) preferred.
  • Current Washington State Nursing License
  • 5 years of nursing experience in a clinical, infusion, or hospital setting required
  • 3 years of leadership experience in a healthcare field required, preferably in infusion or ambulatory operations
  • Competency in change management, performance improvement and basic knowledge of business, revenue cycle, and healthcare operations required

Pay and Benefit Expectations

We provide a comprehensive benefits package, including competitive salary, medical, dental and retirement benefits and paid time off. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $110,561.00 - $157,173.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
