We have an excellent opportunity for a Project Manager at our Prestress Division in Spokane, WA!

Responsibilities includes, but are not limited to the following:
- Oversee the management of the project portfolio and act as the liaison between the contractor, architect, engineer, owner, and internal departments
- Work closely with internal personnel to submit schedules/shop drawings and sample/mock-up submittals and approvals
- Assist with production and trucking sequencing, attend job-site meetings, communicate and coordinate on-site activities of field services personnel, erectors and other subcontractors
- Responsible for contract administration, engineering coordination, scheduling, project documentation, cost management, managing outside subcontractors including erection budgets and change orders
-In total, the candidate will ensure project scope is followed and projects are completed on time and on-budget

Compensation:
The wage range for this salary position is $70,000-$90,000/year.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum five years of construction/construction materials management experience
- Associates or Bachelors degree in construction management, architecture or engineering
- Previous precast and estimating experience preferred
- A positive, proactive personality and an approachable team player with superb time-management skills is necessary
- Must be able to efficiently and effectively multi-task and prioritize
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to read and understand construction drawings and specifications is required
- Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Windows/Office programs is required
- Proficient in AutoCAD/Revit is a plus
- Must be willing to travel when needed
