Job Responsibilities:
- Communicate treatment plans and evaluations effectively to medical teams
- Report patient progress to in-house doctors and specialty doctors such as orthopedic surgeons and hand surgeons
- Provide assistance to center colleagues in identifying issues
- Get involved with professional education and development opportunities
EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
- BS or Master's Degree in Physical Therapy
- Current license for state where practicing
JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
- Ortho-outpatient experience preferred

This position is eligible to earn a base compensation rate in the range of $36.38/hr to $47.87/hr depending on job-related factors as permitted by applicable law, such as level of experience, geographic location where the work is performed, and/or seniority.
